BEX Emulsify (Fat Emulsifier)

Description

A feed additive that works as a natural emulsifier and nutrient absorption enhancer. It contains hydrolyzed lecithin, a bio-surfactant that acts together with bile phospholipids to have an optimal lipid emulsification, it increases membrane fluidity and permeability for better lipid absorption.
The requirement for effective fat digestion within the aqueous environment of the intestinal tract hinges on optimal fat emulsification. This emulsification process is primarily facilitated by lysophospholipids, characterized by a higher hydrophilic-lipophilic balance compared to native lecithins. Additionally, the presence of elevated levels of LPC and LPE further amplifies nutrient absorption. These compounds interact with the phospholipid membrane of epithelial cells, boosting porosity and permeability
